After you register you will receive a registration confirmation via email immediately. If you do not receive a registration confirmation please contact AIA Meetings or call (800) 242-3837 x7598. If you fax the registration form, please keep the fax transmittal confirmation for your records. To ensure you receive the necessary conference materials (registration confirmations, conference updates, advance and final attendee rosters, etc.) please WHITELIST aia.org in your email program.

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Hotel Hudson New York at 356 West 58th Street in New York City, NY. Reservations must be received no later than Tuesday, April 15, 2014 for the group rate; however, the block may sell out prior to the deadline. The conference group rate of $299.00 is for single/double occupancy excluding the 14.75% percent state and local taxes. Lodging is also subject to a $2.00 New York City occupancy per room per night tax and a $1.50 New York State per room per night occupancy tax. You are responsible for making your own reservations.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card when you make your reservation. The group’s cancellation policy requires cancellations be made seven days prior to arrival (Thursday, May 8, 2014).
We will spend three days exploring design in New York City. As with all of our conferences, we will be pulling out all possible stops to give our members the opportunity to visit seldom seen architectural structures. The Spring Conference also includes the Annual Member Slideshow where all COD members have six slides and sixty seconds to show their work from the last year.
