As an architect, owner, or contractor, using comprehensive contract documents is the most important thing you can do to protect your project, minimize risk and avoid costly litigation. However, developing contract documents can be cumbersome, confusing and time-consuming. Having the right tools and knowledge to develop iron-clad contracts can make the process more efficient and help you better protect your assets. Don't miss this opportunity to attend an interactive session on the latest version of AIA Contract Documents and products!

During this course, you will examine various families of AIA documents; get the scoop on the newly-released 2017 revisions to the A201 family, including revisions to A201, owner-architect and owner-contractor agreements; and find out how the new Sustainable Projects Exhibit can positively impact the health and safety of a building's occupants.

You will also participate in live demonstrations of the AIA Contract Documents online platform, ACD5, to discover the key features that will save you time and money, and keep your projects organized. Discover features that make drafting, reviewing, and sharing contracts faster and simpler than ever before. Find out how AIA Contract Documents products help you complete forms, such as change order and payment applications, by importing data and performing calculations for you. Arm yourself with this knowledge in order to administer contracts in a more efficient and cost-effective way, regardless of the size of your firm or project.
