Cancellation Policy

Please fax or email your cancellation requests to (202) 639-7624 or email to register@aia.org no later than Friday, August 29, 2014A $100 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
 
 
 

CRAN Meeting Space & Housing

The 7th Annual CRAN Symposium will be held at Hibernian Hall in conjunction with The Mills House Wyndham Grand HotelA limited block of rooms has been reserved at The Mills House at 115 Meeting Street in Charleston, SC. Reservations must be received no later than Thursday, August 28, 2014 to receive the discounted group rate; however, the block may sell out prior to the deadline. You are responsible for making your own reservations. 


To make your reservation via phone, please contact the hotel directly at (843) 577-2400 or toll-free at (800) 874-9600. Mention that you are with AIA CRAN to receive the group rate of $239.00 for single/double plus 13.5% state and local taxes. A $1.00 (plus tax) per room, per night destination fee is also assessed in support of management and marketing tourism in Charleston.  
There is no online discount code for reserving a room at this hotel.

Please note that The Mills House Wyndham Grand Hotel requires that a credit card or a deposit of one night room and tax be given at the time of making a reservation. If a credit card is given, the card will be used to secure the reservation. In the case of a cancellation, each individual reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the reservation check in date to prevent one night room and tax from being charged to the credit card given. If a deposit is given, this deposit will be non-refundable within the 48 hour cancellation policy.
 
 
 

Event Summary

The Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN), a Knowledge Community of The American Institute of Architects, will hold its 7th annual symposium on September 18-20 at the Mills House Wyndham Hotel and Hibernian Hall on Meeting Street in historic Charleston, South Carolina. Entitled ‘The Architecture of Influence,’ the three-day symposium, open to all AIA and non-AIA members, will bring together custom residential architects from across the country to learn, share, and discuss relevant topics in the field of residential architecture.
